Beny The Balloon Guy

People often ask me, "How did you get started in the balloon business?"  When I was volunteering as an escort at UW Medical Center, my job was simply to take a person in a wheelchair or bed from one room to another.  I started looking for ways to make the trip as pleasant as possible, if not downright fun.  That's when I found my self in The Magic Shop at Pike Place Market looking for easy-to-learn sleight of hand tricks.  What caught my eye instead was a little $1.75 home-made kit on how to make a balloon dog.  I fell in love with the art immediately and on a sunny day in April of 2004 I started busking (street performing) at Seattle Center.  I've been doing it ever since.

Although the dog remains one of the most popular animals, I'm proud to report that I've expanded my repertoire considerably since then.  In fact, I dare say that there's nothing I can't make:  fantastic balloon hats, terrific toys and extra large balloon sculptures as big as parade floats.  Given enough time and balloons the only limit is the imagination.  The recipe is simple:  I just add air!

At birthdays not only do I bring you the finest balloon creations west of the Mississippi River but I will make your party complete, providing children of all ages with the absolute finest in face painting and bubble entertainment as well.
