HORACE THE NERD
My trouble is that I'm named Horace. Well, who made it my name? Did I make it my name? I had hostile parents and they named me Horace. Is that my fault? Sure Horace may be a fine name for other people but I just don't identify with the name Horace. When I'm alone the real me on the inside begins to grow and flower and come alive. Then someone comes along and says, "Hey Horace!" and I remember who I am and I get crushed. But I know things would be a whole lot different if people would only call me by my inside name - SPIKE! Just book me, I need the reinforcement.
