MORE MARK SIANO

Mark Siano is a Seattle-based performer and producer who has appeared all over North America and has a large following in his hometown, where he routinely sells out all of his shows.  Mark has many talents and his specialties include:  comedy, singing, acting, dancing, composing/songwriting, choreography, directing, writing, and he is especially adept in coordinating and staging successful large scale theatrical productions that include dozens of actors, dancers, musicians, artists, and technicians.

Mark’s last big event, "SOFT ROCK AT THE TRIPLE DOOR" (a comedy cabaret tribute to the 80s) sold out all its performances and received rave reviews.  Mark’s last one-man show "Pinko Holiday" was performed at the Rendezvous and before that Mark’s "SOFT ROCK EXPLOSION" was performed to packed houses at Re-Bar and sold out Chop Suey.  Recently Mark Siano’s "THE CLANDESTINE CABARET" was a sold-out success blending comedy, music, and dance, and it was co-produced with the critically acclaimed Washington Ensemble Theatre.  In 1996 Mark co-founded the comedy troupe The Habit, which became a Seattle favorite before moving to Los Angeles.  Since returning to the Seattle stage two years ago he’s produced twelve shows including "High Times and Misdemeanors," "Soft Rock Spectacular," "Legends In Their Own Minds," and many more.  In 2007 Mark founded the dance troupe The Freedom Dancers, who have been seen at ACT, Annex, and will be featured in this year’s "Northwest New Works" at On The Boards.  Mark and The Freedom Dancers will triumphantly return to The Triple Door October 9th and 10th for an all new music and dance spectacular entitled "BACK TO THE SOFT ROCK."
