Nalini comes to us from the blue rivers and snow-capped mountains of the Ukraine, a forest sprite that delights with every coy glance, every graceful gesture. Her fiery spirit and presence have been captivating audiences all over the world since she was 17 years old.
Combining exotic beauty with exquisite dance and performance expertise, a university degree in Dance Choreography, intensive training in classical Kathak, Bollywood, and Bellydance in Moscow, she makes every performance a life-changing experience. No matter the audience, Nalini never fails to charm and amaze. In Russia and the Ukraine, she was a sought-after performer, hailing from the most prestigious clubs, theaters, and parties. In the U.S. she is a rare gem among gems that sparkles with life, joy, and radiance.
She has won numerous awards in both Russia and the U.S. including Bellydance Champion of Russia in 2003 and 1st Place People's Choice Awards in 2007 Bellydancer U.S.A. She has directed several professional dance companies, including her current Bollywood and Bellydance troupe "Nalini & The Blue Lotus Dance Company," located in Seattle, WA.
